St. Tropez, the August House
A waterfront villa held for the principal household for the contested summer window. Staff in residence, the boat berthed at the dock, and the children's program arranged across the four weeks.

Courchevel, the New Year Chalet
A ski-in chalet on the Bellecote slope for the closing two weeks of the year. Private chef, ski guides, the helicopter held for transfers, and the New Year's Eve dinner planned around twenty guests.
